1. Prescription & Verification Requirements
To ensure patient safety and comply with UK law, we require a valid prescription or a verified Patient ID for all prescription-only medications (e.g., Zopiclone).
- Validation: Your order will only be processed once your ID has been verified against the national Prescription Database or a physical/digital prescription has been received.
- Cancellation: If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation or fail the verification process, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
2. Discreet UK Delivery
We provide a secure and confidential service. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or the pharmacy name on the outside.
- Standard Delivery: 72 hours from the point of clinical approval.
- Express Delivery: 24 hours from the point of clinical approval.
- Please note: Delivery times begin once the pharmacist has validated your ID and approved the medication.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. However, due to the nature of medicinal products, strict conditions apply:
- Medicinal Products: Under UK law, we cannot accept returns of any medication once it has left the pharmacy premises, except if the product is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of the medication.
- Non-Medicinal Items: For non-prescription items, goods must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Refund Amount: Approved refunds are for 100% of the product price.
- Exclusions: Original shipping costs and the cost of return postage are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Shipping: We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
